This is a pro-Putin Russian pop song that has been doing the rounds. It was mentioned on the Radio 4 yesterday. The song is called Такого, как Путин! (Takovo kak Putin / Someone like Putin), and the group is ПОЮЩИЕ ВМЕСТЕ (Poyushchiye Vmestye / Singing Together).
